<p>Activists in the opposition-held Damascus suburb of Arbin reported</a> strikes on the town on April 1, as fighting continued between rebel forces and troops loyal to the Syrian government in east Damascus.</p><p>The Syrian Civil Defense, more commonly known as the White Helmets, reported civilian injuries and damage to businesses as a result of the strikes.</p><p>This video shows a bloodied man been helped from a building and lifted onto a van.</p><br />
