Footage has emerged of coastguard and RNLI personal on a lifeboat rescuing a teenager who got stranded on the Tom Hurds Rock in Whitehaven Harbour, UK during the rising tide on Sunday.<br /><br />According to reports, the teenager was successfully rescued.
