<p>Bob Harper</a> is feeling very lucky to be alive right now. The celebrity personal trainer spoke to Savannah Guthrie on the Today show about suffering from a near-fatal heart attack</a>.</p><br /><p>“I had what they call a ‘widow-maker,”’ he explained. “It was a 6 percent survival rate, and the fact that there were doctors in the gym when I had the heart attack saved my life.”</p><br /><p>The Biggest Loser coach, 51, added, “I was in full cardiac arrest. My heart stopped</a>. Not to be dramatic, but I was dead. I was on that ground dead.”</p><br /><p>He has since been doing his rehab and is feeling good. Bob said, “I’ve learned a lot about myself.
