<p>Amanda Bynes</a>‘ birthday looked rather low-key this year, as she was spotted this week in Van Nuys, Calif., getting her fix on cigarettes, alongside her life and sobriety coach, Joy Stevens</a>.</p><br /><p>“She smokes a lot of cigarettes,” one of Bynes’ school classmates told RadarOnline.com</a> in October. As previously reported, the former Nickelodeon star has been attending the Fashion Institute of Design and Marketing [FIDM] in Los Angeles ever since her release from a Pasadena psychiatric treatment facility</a> back in 2014.</p><br /><p>“She’ll have two in our ten-minute break between classes. Before and after class she’s always got a cigarette in her hand. And she always wears sunglasses, she never takes them off, even in class, it’s kind of weird, wearing them inside.”</p><br /><p>Star readers know that Joy has been a constant companion for Amanda</a> since her mental breakdown.</p><br /></a>Coleman-Rayner</p><br /><p>“She accompanies her absolutely everywhere she goes,” the insider went on. “I’ve never seen them apart.
