Footage of a truck and minivan colliding on the slip road of the I-10 eastbound in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. <br /><br />The video, filmed in January 2016, appears to show a delivery driver nearly miss the exit but just about make it onto the slip road, colliding with a minivan in the process. <br /><br />According to the filmer, the driver of the minivan suffered injuries to his jaw and ribs.
