Footage of a fire at a block of flats in southern China that reportedly killed three people. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province on April 11, shows flames and smoke pouring out of the building. <br /><br />According to local reports, three people died in the blaze and 14 were injured.
