A two-year-old boy has survived after being hit by a car in east China’s Fujian Province. <br /> <br />The incident happened at about 10:00 on Monday near a factory in Xiaoxia village. Surveillance video shows the child playing alone in front of a black sedan when the driver, while talking on the phone, started driving the vehicle car without noticing the child. <br /> <br />The police said that the driver, also the factory head, immediately stopped after hitting the child and took the child to the hospital.
