The Atlanta area is dealing with what could potentially be another ongoing commuter nightmare. <br /> <br />11 Alive in Atlanta reports all lanes are blocked on Interstate 20 northbound in DeKalb County because the road has buckled beneath the HOV lane. <br /> <br />A DeKalb County Police spokesperson told 11 Alive an underground gas leak between Candler and Gresham on I-20 caused the defect in the road.
