This video is a compilation of research that was conducted in Peru in the summer of 2014 as part of my Spanish undergraduate Thesis. The interviews occur with local residents, travelers, and individuals who have lived in Peru for extended periods of time. This particular short documentary focuses on the less beneficial aspects of tourism in terms of unplanned urbanization, non-diversification of the economy, cultural imposition, and other tendencies.
