A heartwarming video has emerged of a woman kneeling down to present adoption papers to her stepmother. <br /><br />The footage, shot in Lewsiberry, PA, USA on March 31, shows the 23-year-old woman reading a long, heartfelt letter to the woman who raised her before she asks her to adopt her. <br /><br />"My stepmother has raised me since age 5, I'm now 23," she wrote online. <br /><br />"My birth mother walked out on me and I haven't seen her since. So, I decided to ask the woman who raised me to adopt me."
