A bizarre video has emerged of three dogs walking behind a car to which their leads are attached. <br /><br />The footage, shot on April 9 in Milnthorpe, UK, shows the dogs trotting after the slow moving car.<br /><br />"We witnessed a woman walking 3 dogs down a country lane by tying them to the back of a Land Rover attaching the leads to a tow bar," the filmer wrote online. <br /><br />"This went on for around 8 minutes until we could overtake. Tee reported this to the RSPCA who approached a vet who said this wasn't animal cruelty."<br /><br />"The poor dogs are so close to the exhaust fumes and could have tripped or got tangled up," he added. <br /><br />"We also found out this lady is a dog breeder who is KC registered and has dogs for sale on CHAMPDOGS."
