He was the favourite for the T12 men's 400m after his performance in his heat and lived up to his tag to win in a world record 48.52, taking 0.1 off a time that had stood to Gabriel PORTA (POR) since 2002.<br /><br />"It's lovely. This is my third Paralympics. Bronze in the pentathlon (T12) in Beijing and no medal in Athens.
