Wow, convicted murderer and former New England Patriots tight end, Aaron Hernandez, has reportedly been found dead in his jail cell.<br /><br />According to Us Magazine, he was discovered “hanging in his cell by corrections officers at the Souza Baranowski Correctional Center in Massachusetts at approximately 3:05 am."<br /><br />Hernandez was apparently transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.<br /><br />It's speculated that Hernandez killed himself as he was the single occupier of his cell in general population housing.<br /><br />The former NFL player was convicted of first-degree murder in 2015 after the shooting death of Odin Lloyd in 2013. He was serving a life sentence with no possibility of parole.<br /><br />According to TMZ, his former team, The New England Patriots, are still scheduled to visit the White House on Wed. April 19, despite news of the suicide.<br /><br />The Super Bowl Champs celebrate wins, not losses.<br /><br />
