He outsprinted his Kenyan rival David KORIR (KEN) in the last 50m to win in a world record three minutes 48.31 seconds. KORIR, with a lesser visual impairment and classified as T13, was also inside the old world record with 3:48.84.<br /><br />"The crowd is incredible. It helps us to run a good time.
