<p>Two police officers suffered injuries after being shot in Seattle, Washington, on Thursday, April 20, after they responded to a robbery</a> near Western Avenue and Madison Street.</p><p>The police department provided updates, tweeting a male officer and female officer were taken to the hospital. One suspect was detained, another was found with “significant injuries” and at the time of writing, a hunt for a third suspect</a> was underway.</p><p>According to the Seattle Times,</a> an employee with a 7-11 story at 627 First Avenue confirmed the robbery happened there.</p><p>Nearby buildings were on lockdown and streets were closed as police officers wearing tactical gear swarmed to the scene.</p><br />
