An amusing video has emerged from Florida, USA of a young girl's hysterical reaction when she's given a surprise birthday present of tickets to a Chris Brown concert.<br /><br />In the clip, which was captured in Polk County on April 16, the young fan reads a series of clues which lead up to the big reveal.<br /><br />She's so overcome with emotion that she can scarcely read the final clue and the name of her idol Chris Brown.
