EPA head Scott Pruitt: 'We can be both pro-energy jobs and pro-environment'

Newly-appointed administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency Scott Pruitt spoke to staff of the federal agency. Pruitt said he believes that America can be "both pro-energy jobs and pro-environment."
