<p> </p><br /><p>Sunday night’s explosive Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion</a> took an emotional turn when host Andy Cohen brought up the abuse allegations Shereé Whitfield made against her ex-husband Bob Whitfiled, during the cast trip to Hawaii.</p><br /><p>On this season of RHOA, Shereé and Bob opened up about their tumultuous relationship during a group trip to Maui. And while Bob said he didn’t remember hurting Shereé in the past – he did joke about not choking her hard enough – Shereé claimed that Bob verbally and emotionally abused her.</p><br /><p>“After we split, we were in Las Vegas,” Bob recalled during the Hawaii episode. “I was driving her and she fell asleep, and I was like, ‘Yeah, it’d be easy for me to take the seatbelt off of you and hit the breaks.’ So she can fly her ass through the window, you know?”</p><br /><p>After the Hawaii clip was replayed during the reunion, the outspoken housewife revealed that she didn’t even tell her own mother about her alleged abuse until the show.</p><br /><p>“I would have never talked about this had it not come up,” Shereé confessed. “I’ve never talked about this with my mom until she watched the show. My mom, my girlfriends — I only told maybe a couple of people. None of the cast knew.”</p><br /><p>“I don’t know if [my kids] have seen those episodes,” she added, explaining that she still hadn’t discussed what happened between her and Bob in Hawaii with her son Kairo, her daughter Kaleigh or her 31-year-old daughter from a previous relationship, Tierra Fuller. “I suppressed it. I’ve not talked about it for 10 years — I’ve never talked about it. I wanted to protect my kids.”</p><br /><p>“I am ashamed,” Shereé admitted. “I portray myself as a strong woman who my daughters look up to and I am allowing someone to hurt me in a way that I would never want someone to hurt them.”</p><br /><p>All of the ladies were quick to comfort Shereé as all they offered her words of encouragement and support.</p><br /><p>What did you think about Shereé’s abuse confession?
