Istanbul suicide attack claims 4 lives, 20 wounded

Four people were killed and 20 wounded in a suicide bombing on a central shopping district in Turkey's largest city of Istanbul. Of the 20 wounded, three people were in serious condition. There were three Israeli citizens among the wounded.
