DALLAS — An office worker who had earlier found out that he was about to get fired shot and killed his boss before killing himself in Dallas on Monday morning. <br /> <br />The murder-suicide shooting took place on the 7th floor of a 12-story building in Lake Highlands before 11 a.m. A white man opened fire at a white woman, who was his supervisor, before turning the gun on himself, CBSDFW reported. The deceased were found inside a meeting room. <br /> <br />One Dallas police officer was injured after firing his shotgun at a locked glass door to gain entry. This was the only shot fired by the police in the incident. <br /> <br />The shooting is still in the early stages of investigation. The identities of the suspect and the victim have not yet been released.
