A Shiv Sena leader was caught on camera for assaulting a woman traffic constable in Thane after she stopped him for using his mobile phone while driving. <br />The entire incident was caught on CCTV camera in which the Shiv Sena leader, Shashikant Kalgude, could be seen slapping the woman cop.
