In a bizarre case, a 25 yr old bank officer of Gujarat Digvijay Singh applied for advance festival loan of Rs 43000. But what is surprising is that he cited Valetine's day as the festival for which he needed loan. As expected the bank rejected his loan plea. Interestingly then he re-applied for it and this time he asked for "Basant Panchami" loan, which was approved.
