<p>Kim Zolciak</a> got the scare of her life when her four-year-old son, Kash Biermann, found himself in the hospital on Sunday, undergoing emergency surgery after a terrifying dog attack</a>.</p><br /><p>Kim has been keeping fans posted on her son’s progress via Instagram, and last night she took a moment to call out a particular person who’s been her rock throughout this difficult time, her husband Kroy Biermann</a>.</p><br /><p>“I don’t know what I would do without you @kroybiermann,” she wrote beneath a photo of Kroy walking, barefoot, as he helped push their son’s hospital bed down a hallway.</p><br /><p> </p><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /> I don't know what I would do without you @kroybiermann ❤️ Kash just got out of surgery in this pic and he was heading to his room. He woke up looking for his daddy. We left our house in such a hurry Kroy had no shoes on and I literally was half naked w/ deep conditioner in my hair…Those were the least of our worries.</a></p><br />A post shared by Kim Zolciak-Biermann (@kimzolciakbiermann) on Apr 25, 2017 at 7:26pm PDT</p><br /><br /><br /><p></p><br /><p>“Kash just got out of surgery in this pic and he was heading to his room,” she explained. “He woke up looking for his daddy.”</p><br /><p>“We left our house in such a hurry Kroy had no shoes on and I literally was half naked [with] deep conditioner in my hair…Those were the least of our worries,” she shared.</p><br /><p>Kim’s oldest, Brielle, revealed on Twitter</a> that initially, the family feared Kash may have lost a vital organ.
