<p>Yolanda Hadid</a> can count on an unexpected friend when it comes to battling Lyme disease.</p><br /><p>While on Watch What Happens Live </a>last night promoting her new book, There Is No F*cking Secret: Letters From a Bad*ss Bitch, Kelly Osbourne</a> revealed that she went out of her way to help the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills</a> star in her fight against the illness.</p><br /><p>“I actually helped Yolanda,” Kelly told host Andy Cohen</a>. “I put her in contact with a doctor who helped me.”</p><br /><p>Yolanda dealt with major drama on Housewives when her cast mates began to voice their concerns</a> that Yolanda’s ongoing battle against the disease wasn’t legitimate and was just for show.</p><br /><p>And for Kelly, who has battled the disease herself, that sort of doubt is all too real and frustrating.</p><br /><p>“What annoys me is that this is a real, real disease. It almost killed me,” she vented to Andy. “I will do anything to raise awareness for it because I almost died from it.
