New updates after the arrest of The Bachelor’s Chris Soules for allegedly fleeing the scene of a fatal accident… According to The New York Post’s Page Six, the reality TV star actually called 911, requested medical help, and checked the pulse of the victim.<br /><br />It’s reported that Soules told 911 operators that he “rear-ended a guy on a tractor,” which led to the death of a 66-year-old farmer. <br /><br />Apparently it was clear that other witnesses were at the scene where the farmer reportedly was in a ditch, unconscious, but then Soules left before emergency responders arrived. <br /><br />Soules has since been arrested and charged for leaving the crash scene, but has since posted bond and has been released from jail. <br /><br />Those close to Soules reportedly say that the reality TV star is “devastated” after learning the accident led to the farmer’s death. <br />
