Lt Gen JFR Jacob, hero of Bangladesh Liberation War passes away

Lt Gen JFR Jacob, hero of Bangladesh Liberation War of 1971, passed away today at 8:30 AM. After retirement in July 1978, he was appointed as the governor of Goa.
