<p>Airstrikes hit a medical facility near Maarzita</a> town in southern Idlib province on April 27, killing and injuring several people and leaving the facility out of service.</p><p>According to the local Syrian Civil Defense</a>, some of its volunteers were responding to the scene after a strike when another one hit the location. A large fire broke out at the scene, which was described as resulting from a fuel tanker having been hit.</p><p>Earlier on the same day, a number of airstrikes hit a hospital in the same region</a>, killing at least three people and leaving the hospital out of service.</p><p>This video was shared by a pro-opposition media group and shows the fire that broke out after airstrikes .</p><br />
