<p> </p><br /><p>Chris Soules</a>’ Monday evening hit-and-run accident</a> was not his first! According to RadarOnline.com</a>, the former star of The Bachelor also left the scene of an accident back in 2002</a>.</p><br /><p>In a police report obtained from the Cedar Falls Police Department, by Radar, the 35-year-old was busted for leaving the scene of property damage and failure to stop at a stop sign on February 22, 2002.</p><br /><p>“[Chris’ vehicle] immediately left the scene of the accident and never attempted to make contact with or check on the condition of the driver,” the police report read. “[Chris] was contacted within hours after the accident and admitted to driving vehicle one and striking vehicle two.”</p><br /><p>However, Chris denied passing the stop sign, and instead blamed frost on his windows for not seeing the vehicle.</p><br /><p>“Soules stated he was scared and did not want to hurt his insurance so he left the scene,” the report continued.</p><br /><p>Chris ultimately pled guilty to the charges and was ordered to pay $155 in fines.</p><br /><p>As OK! readers know, Chris was arrested on April 24</a> after his truck slammed into a tractor, killing victim Kenneth Mosher.</p><br /><p>While Chris called 911 and performed CPR on the victim</a>, he left the scene of the crime, leaving Kenneth in a ditch, before police officers and medical assistance arrived</a>.</p><br /><p>He and his vehicle were later found at a house, however, the 35-year-old allegedly refused to leave until officers obtained a search warrant several hours later.</p><br /><p>Court documents later revealed that alcoholic beverages and a container were found at the scene.</p><br /><p>Why do you think Chris left the scene?
