A sellout crowd (3,100+) packed Highland High School's gym to get a glimpse of 17 year old phenom Michael Porter Jr. (as well as Jayson Tatum who played afterwards). On a freezing, snowy night near St Louis, the 25th Annual Optimist Highland Shootout matched top teams from Missouri against top teams from Central and Southern Illinois. <br />6'9 junior Michael Porter Jr. led his Father Tolton Prep (Columbia, MO) team to a 79-66 victory over Peoria Manual HS (Peoria, IL).
