<p>Russian opposition politician Alexei Navalny had his face splashed with an antiseptic green dye for the second time in just over a month in Moscow on April 27.</p><p>He was taken to hospital for treatment after the attack. In a tweet, he described having “a serious injury”.</p><p>The attack happened outside Navalny’s Moscow office, the Moscow Times said</a>. CCTV footage of the attack was released by the Navalny campaign.</p><p>After being released from hospital, Navalny appeared on his YouTube politics channel, still marked by the dye, which is known locally as zelyonka and is difficult to wash off.</p><br />
