Dramatic footage of a huge cloud of black smoke rising from a plastic moult factory ablaze. <br /><br />The footage, filmed in Jinan, Shandong Province on April 27, shows the smoke rising near a major road, disrupting traffic. <br /><br />The fire was reportedly caused by a short-circuit in a transformer.<br /><br />Firefighters and police were sent to the scene and no casualties were reported so far.
