A vehicle in the Beijing Huamao Center car park lost control and smashed through a wall, killing one person. A witness said the driver of the off-road vehicle was a woman wearing a pair of high-heeled shoes, driving from B3 of the underground garage to B2. <br /> <br />The woman is believed to have stepped on the gas pedal instead of the brake. The vehicle lost control and accelerated into a guard, before finally crashing through a wall and into an office. The guard died at the scene, and the driver survived the crash. Two employees in the office suffered minor head injuries.
