Shocking footage has emerged from China of a wave sweeping nine people off their feet near a river.<br /><br />The video, captured in Linxia, Gansu Province on April 27, shows the wave submerging the river bank and hitting the pedestrians walking on it.<br /><br />Nine people were reportedly caught in the water and were sent to hospital, two of them had severe injuries.
