Nirbhaya's parents have moved the NHRC saying that the juvenile offender in the rape and murder of their daughter, who will be released on December 15, continues to be a threat to society. In their petition, the parents said the juvenile should be kept under watch.The parents also made a representation to home minister Rajnath Singh.
