North Korea conducts another ballistic-missile test

North Korea has conducted its ninth missile test of the year. The test took place northeast of the capital Pyongyang and the missile fell apart soon after launch.<br />Al Jazeera’s Wayne Hay reports from Seoul, South Korea.<br />
