<p>A large dust devil was spotted off a highway in Logan County, Ohio, on Thursday, April 27. This video was shared to WHIO-TV, a news station out of Dayton, on April 29.</p><p>WHIO responded to the Michael King, the uploader, and said they received multiple reports of the dust cloud.</p><br />
