<p>A seventh convoy, comprising mainly rebel fighters and their families, left al-Waer, Homs, on April 30, according to activist media sources, as part of a deal that the Syrian government claims will help end fighting in the area.</p><p>Local reports said</a> the convoy headed to the rebel-held city of Idlib.</p><p>The Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported</a> that about 52 buses, carrying 460 rebels with 2,041 members of their families, left from al-Waer.</p><p>This video was shared by a pro-opposition media group and is described as showing the convoy leaving Homs.</p><br />
