Magdalen College, Oxford marked May Morning as they have for at least 5-hundred years by ringing the bells at the top of the college's bell tower.<br /><br />In the clip, the bells are being rung by members of the Oxford Society of Change Ringers, which was established in 1734.<br /><br />Before the bell-ringing, the college choir sings madrigals from the top of the bell tower to the assembled mass of students and townsfolk celebrating in the streets below.
