<p>A heavy layer of snow fell on Garden City on April 30 as a swath of wintry weather swept over western Kansas.</p><p>This footage was geotagged to Garden City by an uploader who wrote that it shows her backyard.</p><p>Power outages and winds of around 40 miles per hour accompanied the snowfall, according to reports from The Wichita Eagle</a> and The Hutchinson News</a>. Other regions of western Kansas, including Dodge City, received around 14 inches of snow, The Hutchinson News reported.</p><br />
