This simple 4 ingredient ice cream will put a smile on your face! <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />1/3 cup 35% cream <br />1/3 cup milk <br />1 egg <br />3 Tbsp Speculoos cookie butter <br /> <br />Method: <br />Combine all ingredients in a 2 cup measuring cup. <br />Whisk really well by doing the ‘Firestarter’… The cream will ‘whip’ a little bit and become frothy. <br />Place into your ice cream maker and freeze according to their instructions. <br /> <br />Makes 2 servings. <br /> <br />Prep Time: 20 minutes <br />Servings: 2
