Mass Pile-Up at Start of Brooklyn Bike Race

<p>The women’s finale at the Red Hook Criterium in Brooklyn got off to a rocky start on April 29, when one cyclist’s fall caused a huge pile-up involving about two dozen riders.</p><p>The 22-lap race featured 60 riders</a> racing around a 1,130-meter</a> track on fixed-gear bikes, with brakes</a> prohibited for all competitors.</p><p>A similar incident was filmed at the event in 2016.
