Heavy rains in West Bengal & Odisha as cyclone Komen is near. After making landfall in Bangladesh, it will move west-north-westwards and weaken gradually. The IMD bulletin warns that fishermen should not venture into the sea along and off West Bengal and north Odisha coasts during this period.
