<p>A police body camera captured a dramatic rescue of a toddler who had fallen into a pond in Topeka, Kansas, on Sunday, April 30.</p><p>Officer Aaron Bulmer spotted a four-year-old boy walking towards a pond at the Central Park Community Center. Shortly afterwards the child fell into the water. Bulmer quickly jumped into the pond and pulled the tot to safety.</p><p>The City of Topeka said the boy, who was sent to hospital following the incident, was autistic.</p><br />
