The US Department of Justice has reportedly decided not to charge two white officers who shot and killed Alton Sterling, 37-year-old black man, in Louisiana last summer.<br /> Video footage of the killing showed the officers holding Sterling on the ground when he was shot, prompting protests and a federal inquiry.<br /> More than 100 people attended a vigil on Tuesday night outside the Triple S Food Mart where Sterling died on 5 July 2016.<br /> It's the first inquiry into a high-profile police shooting to be completed during the Trump administration under Atty. Gen. Jeff Sessions.
