<p>Sections of Pocahontas, Arkansas were nearly completely submerged on Tuesday, May 2 due to spillover from the Black River.</p><p>This drone footage shows an aerial view of the flooded area. One day after this footage was taken, the National Weather Service in Memphis issued a flash flood warning</a> on May 3, describing a levee failure along the Black River that would cause additional flooding in Pocahontas and other areas across Eastern Randolph and Lawrence counties.</p><br />
