Footage has emerged from China of a man being operated on by doctors after he swallowed two pens, allegedly on purpose, because he had an argument with his wife. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Wuhan, Hubei Province on April 22, features footage from inside the man's stomach which appears to contain two pens. <br /><br />According to local reports, the man allegedly got extremely angry after an argument with his wife and decided to swallow the pens. <br /><br />Doctors managed to remove the pens during surgery.<br /><br />++CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: CONTAINS GRAPHIC CONTENT++
