<p>Officials were reopening some roads and highways</a> in Missouri after devastating flooding, but water remained high and many byways were still closed on May 5.</p><p>Reports indicated that St Louis got more than nine inches of rain over a seven-day period, which is more than the average rainfall over a two-month period in the area, according to FOX 2</a>.</p><p>These videos were shot in Fenton and Springdale, south of St Louis, on May 2.</p><br />
