The Virginia Beach oceanfront area saw significant damage.</p><p>The video here shows cars driving through floodwaters at the corner of Old Forge Road and South Plaza Trail in Virginia Beach. It was shared by a Facebook page called ‘Stop the Flooding NOW,’ which is dedicated to sharing images of flooding in the area and calls on local authorities to provide adequate flood protections.</p><br />
