<p>A wildlife official saved a baby owl stranded on a piece of driftwood near Double Creek, Oklahoma, on May 4.</p><p>Oklahoma Game Warden Joe Alexander responded to a call about the owlet by a concerned citizen who spotted it on Oologah Lake. Alexander and a local fireman took a boat to reach it.</p><p>The bird was sent to Wild Heart Ranch for evaluation and rehabilitation, according to Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation.</p><br />
