I had severe knee pain and couldn't run. He had me stand up, saw that I over-pronated, causing tendonitis, and he recommends some insoles for my shoes and a knee brace to support my knee when I run, and I haven't had pain since. Seeing Anton for a massage, to get the old muscles unknotted, and Adam for my adjustment monthly, I'm feeling better and stronger. Besides getting the massages and adjustments I have also gotten cold laser on my knee which helped heal the tendons and ligaments faster. I go once a month just to get fine tuned.
